For many years, the Roan Theatre Company has been performing plays in the Eltham area to great acclaim. This year, we are embarking on a pantomime, “Mother Goose”, a story designed to entertain all the family.
In her quest for beauty, Mother Goose is torn between good (represented by a fairy) and evil (the demon-discontent, Mephistopheles). Will she succumb to the charms of the Devil, or will she return to her family and happiness? Perhaps only Priscilla, the magic Goose can save her. Come and find out what happens in this time-honoured story of good versus bad. On the way, be entertained with fun and laughter, sorrow and slapstick, and of course songs!
